CHANELLE WALK IN BIG BROTHER

Well, I could not resist talking a bit about Big Brother, after all, it does seem to dominate the our TV screens over the summer months now doesn't it (Summer anyone???) but seriously though, I think at one time we have all been glued to what these clueless individuals get up to in the house and indeed this year is not different.  It seems that when the produces want to make a season of Big Brother, they do a search for the most vile, obnoxious, rude, arrogant and general scum bags in society and invite them to come and spend 13 weeks of their lives living together, having their every moment watched and commented on, all in the quest for that all important 14 minutes of fame that this kind of program gives you.  Not dont get me wrong, I would love some fame, but then again at what cost are we talking about?  If the price of this was to sell my dignity then you can forget it?  Could it be performing like animals in the zoo all to please Joe public?.  Hmm, makes you wonder thought doesn't it?.  If we use this years show as the reference Point, as well as the current drama of Chanelle walking as the talking point, then will begin to see where I am going with this.  For the last 8 weeks, we have had to put up with the constant throws of her relationship to ex boy band member "Ziggy".  Now I know that we all secretly want to see some sex on Big Brother, but come on.  What is going on with these two? One minute they love each other and then the next they hate each other and swears are being thrown left and right.  It gets boring, it got boring and we need something else to keep our attention spans tweaked!  In today's papers (well Tabloids anyway) they are full of the pictures of a teary eyes Ziggy, crying and feeling like he was to blame for Chanelle's exit from the Big Brother house (happened last night in case you missed it)  There there little man! I am sure that he will get over it in exactly 1 hour!  My point is that these people never really stop acting up for the camera, how do we know what they are doing and the way that they are behaving is indeed anything like what they are really like?  What are your thoughts on the show?
